accepted with letter of guarantee from bank. 5% surcharge for credit
card payments. Balance due at closing within 30 days or Delivery of
Deed by Seller. Properties selling at $10,000 or less subject to
payment in full, day of sale.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the
